We would like to ask you to present a price offer for comprehensive services related to our company’s participation in the MEDICA fair on 14-17 November 2016 in Dusseldorf, Germany

 

The project will be implemented as part of the SME Support in the Promotion of Product Brands – Go to Brand program

Priority axis III: Supporting innovation in enterprises

Action 3.3: Support for the promotion and internationalization of innovative enterprises

Sub-measure 3.3.3 of the POIR

 

A. The offer must include:

  1. Construction of the exhibition area: design + realization of the stand (assembly, disassembly)

Booth Design Guidelines

– corner stand with dimensions of 4m x 5m, total 20 m2

– including facilities approx. 2m2 with equipment (bookcase or hanging shelves, refrigerator, coffee machine + coffee service, kettle, 1 trash can, 1 clothes rack), lockable with a key

– preferred way of displaying products: illuminated glass showcases / display cases

– counter with lockable cabinet

– frieze panel with LOGO

– floor panels, or carpet

– 2 tables

– 8 chairs + 2 folding chairs

– Bar Stool

  1. Maintenance services (power connection, lighting)
  2. Transport of exhibits and advertising materials

B. The offer should be made on letterhead and signed by the bidder.

 

 

C. The offer should be sent via e-mail to the address: bpietruszka@sumi.com.pl . Deadline: 23 September 2016 12.00

 

D. Bids will be evaluated within one week from the date of submission of bids. The tenderer may amend or withdraw its tender before the deadline for submission of tenders. In the course of examining and evaluating bids, the Contracting Authority may request explanations from the Bidders regarding the content of the submitted bids.

 

E. The offer should include:

  1. Name and address of the bidder
  2. Date of preparation of the offer
  3. A cost estimate that includes all the specified requirements
  4. Net and gross final price
  5. Payment terms
  6. Offer validity period

F.The selection of the most advantageous offer will be based on the following criteria:

G. The Contracting Authority will select the most advantageous offer based on the above criteria and sign a contract with the selected bidder.
