Krzanowski sp. j., we would like to inform you that on 19.04.2017r. the said company was transformed into SUMI spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa, which is the legal successor of the transformed company, continues its activity and has all its rights and obligations.
SUMI spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. operates under the same NIP and REGON numbers and maintains the same bank account numbers. Only the KRS number has changed.
The transformation of the legal form of the business does not affect the validity of the agreements and agreements previously concluded by SUMI Zakład Tworzyw Sztucznych K. Rek, A. Krzanowski sp. j.
Please note the above-described change in your registers and records and issue them from 24.04.2017. all invoices, notes, orders and any other documents for the company:
