Responsibilities:
- Receiving, verifying, and registering customer orders in English
- Coordinating the order fulfillment process
- Logistical handling of orders, organizing transportation
- Invoicing and handling sales-related documents
- Resolving issues related to orders and customer service
- Ongoing communication with customers

- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written (min B2)
- Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office suite
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in office applications, including spreadsheets
- Meticulousness and good organizational skills
