SUMI spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp. k. is a legal successor of SUMI Zakład Tworzyw Sztucznych K. Rek, A. Krzanowski Sp. J., continues its activity and has its rights and obligations.
SUMI spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp. k. operates under the same VAT Reg number and incorporation number and has the same bank accounts numbers.
SUMI spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp. k. is registered in the National Court Register under new number.
Transformation of legal status has no influence on validity of previously concluded agreements.
We kindly ask you to note above mentioned change in your records and evidence.
Since 24.04.2017 we also ask to issue any documents ( invoices, notes, orders etc. ) on our new company name.
